Allowing startups to use knowledge developed by Dutch universities and other knowledge institutions can greatly benefit society.

This can be through official channels in the form of intellectual property but also through low-threshold collaboration between researchers and entrepreneurs, such as in a joint startup. The agreements government, knowledge institutions, entrepreneurs and investors make strongly determine to what extent knowledge has an impact on society.

Science to Impact Knowledge Bank

The online knowledge bank of Science to Impact collects examples, reports, websites and (policy) documents about and manuals for agreements between knowledge institutions and startups. Do you have information that should be included? Then send us an email! The (unfiltered) knowledge bank can be accessed via the link at the top of this page.
